Investors are projected to receive a healthy dividend paid quarterly starting at year end 2014. The first-year return to the equity is projected to be 9.8% cash-on-cash and 12.1% total return year 1. Assuming a sale in 2024, the IRR to the equity is projected to be 14.7%.
