What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I currently run Mascia Development, LLC and we are investing in retail, medical office, multifamily and student housing along the East Coast and Midwest. We plan to continue to expand our investments across the entire U.S. and get back to my true passion which is real estate development.

How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? I am an avid runner so running at the end of a long day is a great stress reliever for me it clears my head and allows me to step back from work and just be in the moment. Favorite book or author: My favorite book is Dale Carnegie’s How to Win Friends and Influence People. I read it every couple of years and learn something new each time.

One word to describe your work environment: Exciting

If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go? I would invite Mayor Michael Bloomberg and we would go to Per Se.

What is your dream job? Since I was a young boy I wanted to have my own company and be my own boss I am now literally living that dream.
